While photovoice is a great method, it’s important that I talk to you to make sure nothing has been misunderstood!

So, within a week of you submitting your photos and diaries, I’ll arrange a brief interview where I’ll essentially ask you to go through things in more detail, and clarify anything that isn’t clear.

1. We can either organise a time to call and speak for 20-30 minutes

• you can choose whichever medium is best for you (phone, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, etc.)
• If you’re happy, I’ll record the audio and send this to a professional transcription service (if not, I can take notes instead!)

2. Or, I can send you a list of questions and you can send your responses back

• you can choose whichever medium is best for you (email, text, WhatsApp, etc.)
• It will probably take you around 20-30 minutes to answer the questions

You can indicate which you prefer when you sign up to the project, and you can change this at any time!
